Grow Yall go!

One day after leaving from a hard day at work as a Clinician, the Lord revealed to me 3 specific areas and ways in which we can overcome the burden we carry, that leads to stress and anxiety. Check them out!

  1. Grace is essential to Growth!

  2. Progress is part of process!

  3. Gratitude keeps you humble!

By focusing on these 3 tips every day, you will begin to see your current situations from a different perspective. With this, you will become more grounded, rooted, and present in your day to day tasks.

There is scripture to back this. Lets look at 2nd Corinthians 12:9

And he said to me “My grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in weakness” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. (2nd Corinthians 12:9)

In other words, it is the grace of God that is enough for us. When we feel stressed, alone, or anxious, Gods got us! And to put the icing on the cake, he promises to give us strength that is specifically made perfect in our weakness. And for this we can have a spirit of gratitude for the things he has done, and even for the things he will do, remembering that “the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord” (Psalm 37:23).

Point is, Gods got you, just Trust him, and lean into his will and plan for your life, because that is how you will grow!
